Pune Institute of Computer Technology is a popular private owned institute which is known for its affordable fee structure. The institute was established in 1983 and is affiliated to SPPU, Pune. Admission Process

Admission in B.E programs is strictly through the merit and rank scored in MH CET and JEE Main. MH-CET (Maharashtra Common Entrance Test) is a common entrance test organized to provide admission in Engineering & Technology and Pharmacy courses offered by various government and private colleges of Maharashtra state.

Counselling will be organized after the result announcement of MH CET and JEE Main. Admission will be decided on the basis of merit and counselling result.

Eligibility

A minimum of 50% (45% for reserved category) marks aggregate in HSC or equivalent exam with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry or Biotechnology or Biology or Technical or Vocational subjects.

Pict is known for its placements. Students become eligible for campus placements in 7th semester. Many big companies such as Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank, etc visited pict. The placement percentage is above 90.
