AISSMS College of Pharmacy is a centrally located premium heritage institution run by All India Shri Shivaji Memorial Society, Pune. The College was established in 1996, affiliated to Savitribai Phule Pune University and approved by AICTE and PCI. With an aim to become the center of excellence for pharmaceutical education and research, the college offers Four years Undergraduate Program (B. Pharmacy-Intake of 100), Two years Post graduate program (M. Pharmacy- 4 Branches) and Doctoral Degree (2 branches). The students of AISSMS College of Pharmacy have won many accolades, both at the state and national level for their Research Papers.

Admission Process

AISSMS College of Pharmacy has 4 Academic departments and 3 schools of excellence. It offers B.Pharma. at UG level and M.Pharma. at PG level. AISSMS College of Pharmacy also offers research programs and Ph.D. courses in 3 specializations.

AISSMS College of Pharmacy conducts its admission process through a proper counselling session for respective programs.

• For B.Pharma the candidates must produce a valid NEET score or MHT-CET and should have completed 10+2.
• For M.Pharma, the candidate must appear for GPAT and should have completed Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy.
• For Ph.D. aspirants, graduation in M.Pharma is essential and candidates have to appear in the entrance exam and interview round. Also, they need to give a presentation on the topic of research.
• Candidates having a valid score of GATE/ GPAT/ UGC/ SET/ NET/ JRF/ SRF or DST Inspire Fellowship are exempted from the Ph.D. entrance exam.
• Admissions are done through a Centralized Admission Procedure run by the Government of Maharashtra.

• Allotment letter of the DTE (only CAP) is mandatory.
• NEET 2021 Score Card is required.
• The marks sheet and certificate of 10th & 12th from a recognized board.
• For the M.Pharma program, a graduation certificate and mark sheet is required.
• The conduct certificate and passport size photo.
• Nationality & Domicile Certificate is required.
• 5 Sets of Xerox copies of above documents for Self-requirement.
• DTE CAP allotment letter.
• District Change Certificate – If a student his change his district.

The college has a good record of placements and a series of alumni currently placed and working in reputed global and remarkable companies. The placement factor in the college makes it more alluring and trustworthy. AISSMS College of Pharmacy has a Training and Placement (T&P) Cell. Companies like SunPharma, Ranbaxy Laboratories LTD., Emcure, Dr. Reddy's, and Glenmark visit the campus for a selection of students with job opportunities. Average package offered is around INR 3.5 Lpa.

Campus

 With an area of 1.80 acres, the infrastructure is spread across four floors. The building is well equipped with ramps and barrier-free corridors and path making it easier for differently-abled persons.

• Classrooms: The classrooms are equipped with both traditional chalk and board and the latest technology including computers, LED, and Over Head Projectors (OHPs), Smart Boards.
• Library: The College provides its students with the latest books, journals access to e-books and online journals so to keep them updated in their respective fields. There are departmental libraries for quick access to relevant material.
• Laboratory: The College has 18 laboratories with modern facilities and instruments. There is also a chemical store in the campus.
• Sports: The Institute values sports and cultural activities and has a gymnasium, outdoor and indoor games facility.
• Hostel Facility: The college has a hostel facility with a capacity of accommodating 100 boys and 200 girls
