Kristu Jayanti College (KJC) is awarded the Heroes of Bengaluru award for its contribution to the field of Education. The college offers UG and PG courses in the fields of Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Life Science, Journalism, Humanities, etc as well as PG diploma courses in the discipline of Management and Business Administration. Popular courses of the institute include MBA in 2 specialisations, BBA+MBA, B.Com+MBA and MSW courses. The institute also offers PGDM, PGD in Business Administration, MA, BA, BCA, M.Com, B.Com and BSc courses across various specialisations. For MBA admission in Kristu Jayanti College, candidates must obtain a valid score in CMAT/MAT/KMAT. Candidates looking for enrollment in MCA course, must appear in PGCET/KMAT and obtain valid scores.

Admission Process

The Institute also offers a number of postgraduate courses, with M.Sc., MBA and MCA degrees as well as other disciplines being offered.

Admission to the post graduate courses is done purely on the basis of merit in the qualifying exam followed by Counseling .

• Once eligibility of the candidate has been confirmed from the completed application form, candidates will be invited for the counseling process, which may include various components, including personal interview.
• Alongside the performance in this counseling process, the candidate’s performance at the qualifying level is considered, i.e. up unto the undergraduate level.
• Those selected on the basis of this performance will be intimated about further details.
• MBA programmes include components of a micro presentation on given topics, group discussion and personal interview in their selection process. CMAT / GMAT / CAT / MAT score is also required.
• Candidates for MCA course must also appear for KMAT (management quota seats) or PGCET (regular seats).
• Due relaxations are given in eligibility criteria for those from reserved categories.
• The decision of the College is final and binding

Placements

The students are eligible for placements from the end of the 4th sem. The companies that have visited  are JP Morgan, Morgan and Stanley, cognizant, Infosys, etc. The average package is 5 to 6 lakhs. The placement percentage is 70%
