Amity School of Engineering and Technology Bijwasan is a private college established in the year 1999. The college is also known as ASET Bijwasan. It has a total of 33 faculty members. At present 849 students are enrolled in the courses offered by the college. Amity School of Engineering and Technology Bijwasan offers courses at undergraduate level- B.Tech. All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) has approved the B.Tech course, which is affiliated to GGS Indraprastha University, Delhi. The duration of the course is 4 academic years.

Admission Process

Selection of candidates to the B.Tech program offered at Amity School of Engineering & Technology will be done through Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University Common Entrance Test (GGSIPU CET). Minimum required qualification to apply for B.Tech is Higher Secondary examination with at least 60% aggregate marks with Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry as compulsory subjects.

  • Entrance exam will be held in offline mode.
  • Upon the declaration of result, an online merit list will be uploaded on the website of the university.
  • The selected candidates will have to appear for the physical counseling.
  • The application fee for B.Tech courses is INR 1000.

For admissions to direct second year of B.Tech (lateral entry), candidates must possess either diploma in Engineering or B.Sc with at least 50% aggregate marks. Candidates are required to apply through separate forms available at the college website for lateral entry and management quota admissions.

  • Out of total number of seats in B.Tech, 90% seats will be filled through centralized counseling conducted by the university on the basis of IPUCET.
  • 10% seats will be reserved as management seats and admission to these will be done on the basis of merit as per the guidelines of GGSIPU.

The school's training and placement office is in charge of all placement-related activities. To prepare students for ASET Bijwasan placements, it organises industrial trips, guest lectures by industry professionals, and seminars.
